Chocolate PB2 - Healthiest PB ever!, a Spirulina & Ginseng Bounce Energy Ball, PB Larabar, a couple packets of Emergen-C, 1 bottle of Liquid Greens Cholorophyll, a pack of all natural gum, Cocoa Kissed Savi Seed, Prarie Naturals Greens Force, and most importantly a MacaSure Organic Chocolate Bar. Most of these products I've tried and love, some are even new to me! They are also primarily Canadian so my US blog loves have the opportunity to get some products that are totally new to them! I spend way too much time in health food stores, so I have no doubt there will be more yummies to add to this giveaway as the week goes on!

I am going to go for a run after work this week (that's my something healthy for my body)! And I'm going to run a half marathon on Sunday! And I'm not drinking any booze all week :) Lots of something healthies.

I am strongly strongly strongly considering doing the detox that Jamie is doing! I am super intrigued. THis is my crazy busy time at work, so simply sticking to WW is going to be a challenge for me too. So those are two things I am going to focus on :)

This week I am going to do something that is healthy in another way - I am going to have a DQ Blizzard! Afterall part of being healthy is having this treats too! We work hard and deserve them :) But it will be balanced with lots of veggies too!
